PUMPKIN NUT BREAD 
2 sticks butter
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. pumpkin
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. flour
1 c. nuts
1 c. raisins

Beat butter, sugar, and eggs. Add spices, pumpkin, water, and vanilla, then flour. Add nuts and raisins. Grease 4 (1 pound) coffee cans. Fill 1/2 full. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Cool in cans then take out of cans and put in baggies. Wash cans and put bread back in; keep in refrigerator.
