GEORGIA PIE 
3 eggs
1 lb. crab meat
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. salt
1 c. skim milk
1 c. cream
1/3 c. chopped green bell pepper
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. butter

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Butter 1 quart baking dish. Beat eggs well and combine with crab meat, mustard, cayenne, Worcestershire, salt, milk, cream and bell pepper. Pour into prepared dish and sprinkle with crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake 30 minutes or until brown on top.
