RICE PUDDING 
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 can evaporated milk
1 qt. milk
1 tsp. cinnamon or nutmeg
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla or rum
2 c. cooked rice

Put the above (except rice and flavorings) in pan and cook until thickened; medium-low heat. Cool and add rice and flavoring.
