FRENCH DELIGHT 
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lg. pkg. instant chocolate pudding + 1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts

CRUST: Melt one stick butter in 9"x11" dish. Mix in 1 cup flour and pecans. Pat out until smooth making a crust. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool.

Mix 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 cup Cool Whip and 1 (8 oz.) package creamed cheese. Mix until creamy. Pour into cooled crust.

Mix 1 large package instant pudding plus 1 teaspoon vanilla to package directions. Spread evenly over cheese mixture. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle chopped pecans. Refrigerate.
