ZACHARIA'S PIZZA 
6 oz. spaghetti
2 eggs, well beaten
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
2/3 lb. ground beef
1/3 lb. hot sausage
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
4-6 oz. Mozzarella cheese
6 oz. can tomato paste
1 can stewed tomatoes and juice
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
8 oz. Ricotta cheese or cottage cheese

Boil spaghetti. Drain and add beaten eggs, butter and Parmesan cheese. While boiling spaghetti, fry ground beef, hot sausage, chopped onions and green peppers. When browned, drain and add tomato paste, stewed tomatoes with juice, sugar, oregano, garlic salt and sliced mushrooms. Press spaghetti mixture into buttered 10-inch pie pan.

Place Ricotta or cottage cheese inside crust. Add ground beef mixture and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Take out and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and return to the oven for 5-10 minutes or until cheese begins to brown slightly. Let set for 10 minutes and slice into pie pieces. Serves 6-8.
