ICE CREAM PIE 
2 pt. vanilla ice cream/or ice milk
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. corn syrup or honey
2 1/4 c. Rice Krispie type cereal
Fudge sauce for ice cream

Soften vanilla ice cream in refrigerator to soften, about 30 minutes. In large bowl blend peanut butter and corn syrup until blended. Add cereal. Stir until well coated. Press mixture evenly into 9" pie plate. Spread ice cream into crust. Freeze until firm. Soften fudge sauce and drizzle desired amount over top of pie. Return to freezer. When firm wrap pie with plastic wrap, if not to be used that day. May serve with whipped topping. Also may double recipe to prepare in 9"x12" pan.
