1 can evaporated milk 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips 3 c. finely crushed honey graham crackers (18) 1/3 c. chopped pecans In medium saucepan, combine milk and chocolate bits. Cook over low heat, stir occasionally until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth. Mix in graham crackers and nuts on medium speed of electric mixer until smooth. Spread in greased 8 x8 x 2 inch pan. Refrigerate until firm. |
