BROWN BREAD 
1 egg
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
1 c. all-bran cereal
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sour milk
1/2 c. chopped nuts or raisins

Beat egg with fork or wire whisk. Add sugar and butter, dry ingredients and milk. Mix well. Fold in nuts or raisins. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
