POTATO AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded sharp cheese
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 pt. sour cream
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lg. pkg. hashbrowns

Mix all ingredients, put into greased cake pan. This can be mixed together the night before and put in the refrigerator to bake the next day. Bake in 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 12.
