CHICKEN FILO 
1 sheet filo - brushed with melted butter. Lay second sheet on top of #1 and brush with melted butter. Place a raw chicken breast (boneless) on pastry in corner. Salt and pepper lightly. Sprinkle a small bit of grated cheese on. Roll into small "packet" like an envelope. Brush top with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.

Serve with sauce: 1 tsp. lemon juice Onion Garlic salt & parsley flakes

Or heat cream of mushroom soup.
