3 tbsp. cocoa
3 tbsp. butter
5 tbsp. milk
2 c. powdered sugar, sifted
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat together cocoa, butter and milk until melted, remove from heat. Blend in powdered sugar, salt and vanilla. Stir until thick enough to spread.
