SPANISH CREAM 
4 tbsp. melted chocolate (1 1/2 squares)
1 pt. milk
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. unflavored gelatin
2 eggs, divided
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat milk, add gelatin (soaked in a little cold water). Mix sugar, yolks of eggs and chocolate and add to hot milk. Cook a few minutes. Beat egg whites until stiff, stir into mixture, add vanilla. Place in dish and refrigerate until firm.
