Grease and flour 2 bread pan. Cream together:

1 c. oil
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla

Sift together:

3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cocoa

Add alternately with 3 cups zucchini to the creamed mixture. Pour into greased and floured loaf pans - bake for 1 hour.
