CHILE CON QUESO 
1 lb. processed cheese loaf
1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies

Cube cheese and combine with tomatoes and green chilies in a 1 quart casserole. Microwave on 70 percent (medium-high) 6 minutes, stirring twice, or until cheese melts. Makes 3 cups.

VARIATION: To make Chili Con Queso, substitute 1 (16 ounce) can chili without beans for the tomatoes and green chilies.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
