COCONUT CREAM PIE 
1 1/4 c. sugar
5 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can evaporated milk
1 c. homogenized milk
1 c. coconut
3 eggs

Mix sugar and flour together. Beat egg yolks, add sugar, eggs to milk and cook until mixture thickens. Stir well while cooking. When done, add coconut and vanilla. Pour into a cooked pie crust and top with beaten stiff egg whites. Cook until egg whites are golden brown.
