Just made this recipe and it was awesome! It taste like regular pizza dough to me. I doubled the recipe for a thicker crust (made 2 9x13 pans) and it came out great! Thank you for such a good recipe :)

This pizza dough is easy and taste great, I make a few adjustments to my liking. I add italian seasoning to the dough before mixing it and I butter the dough then bake for 5 minutes before adding the toppings. After I add my toppings, I bake for an additional 20 minutes, and it tastes amazing.

OMG! I thought I'd used too much water but I let it rest for a bit and added about 2 tbsp. more of flour and the dough felt perfect. At first it was way too sticky! So I added a bit more flour and let it rest and wuallah! Thanks Terry H.

The dough was extremely easy to make and fit perfectly on a 12-inch pizza pan.The only change I would make next tine is to add herbs to the dry ingredients for more flavor.

I made this pizza dough not knowing what to expect because of the varying reviews. I made a few alterations. In the dry ingredients of the dough, I added 1/2 tsp. garlic salt, 1/2 tsp. oregano and a tbsp. of Asiago cheese. I also used the olive oil in it. I rolled it on a cookie sheet and painted with olive oil. Cooked about 7 minutes, and added toppings and baked an additional 8-10 minutes until cheese was melted. For only taking 10 minutes prep and 15 minutes to cook, this pizza was amazing. I still prefer the yeast dough, but if you need a last minute meal or are out of yeast and no time to pick it up, definitely recommend this recipe. My 3 year old daughter loved it as well.

I am going to make this for the second time tonight! It's a great recipe..note to others: if you use whole wheat flour, use half whole wheat and half white, do not sift wheat flour. Brushing the edge with butter will give it a nice flavor; you can also sprinkle garlic powder over the buttered edge for more added flavor. I bake the crust and toppings all together for almost the whole indicated time! Yummy!

Have been looking for a non-yeast pizza dough and had success w/other recipes from this site so was glad to find this one here as well. I used self-rising flour, added a bit more salt, some granulated garlic (powdered garlic is trash) as I didn't have any cloves on hand. Used a deep dish pan and added the tomato sauce, cheese, fresh broccoli in small pieces, onion, black olives and small slices of tomato. Will make some changes in the future for better flavor and will try the suggestion of others of adding more olive oil. I used the suggested amount this time. I also put olive oil on it to help spread it in the pan as that is how one of the traditional pizzerias does it where I lived. I appreciate having this recipe as it made a great impromtu meal tonight.

This is our go to recipe every time we make pizza! Super quick and easy. We usually make two nice sized pizzas, but for the kids we cut it in four and let them each make their own! Thank you for this recipe!

Oh thank you so very much for this recipe! There wasn't much to eat in my house and I was starving. I thought I could make pizza, because I had the ingredients; but it turned out that I didn't have any yeast on hand. I almost abandoned the idea of making pizza. Luckily, I came across this - and let me tell you, this is a great recipe! It was a lot quicker to make than I anticipated; even including when I was trying to get the right consistency. It didn't turn out too crispy, but it wasn't so soft that it fell apart. Which is a huge bonus because I have tried a no yeast dough before and it fell apart when I attempted to pick it up off of my plate. Needless to say, I enjoyed my pizza thoroughly and I do plan on making it again in the near future. I totally recommend that you give this a go! :)
