ORIENTAL BEEF STIR - FRY 
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 c. green beans, diagonally sliced
4 scallions, sliced
1 lb. round steak, cut in thin strips
1/2 tsp. Tabasco pepper sauce
2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt

In a large skillet heat oil. Add beans and scallions; sprinkle with salt. Cook, stirring constantly, over high heat for 5 minutes. Add steak and cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes. Sprinkle with Tabasco. Add tomatoes and soy sauce; mix well. Cover and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes.

Yield: 4 servings
