LAMINGTONS 
Sponge cake, cut into 2 inch cubes

Slice in half. Spread with jam and slice together. Dip in melted chocolate and roll in coconut. Set in refrigerator.

CHOCOLATE SAUCE:

2 c. sugar
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can evaporated milk

Mix over heat until smooth.
