1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk 1 stick butter 2 pkg. confectioner's sugar 2 pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips 1 can flaked coconut 2 c. chopped pecans 1/4 lb. paraffin Mix milk, butter, sugar, coconut an pecans in a bowl until well blended. Shape into balls and place in refrigerator to harden. When balls are cold, melt the chocolate and paraffin in double boiler. Dip each ball in the mixture with toothpick and return to refrigerator. Suitable for freezing. |
