2 boxes confectioner's sugar, sifted 1 can sweetened condensed milk 4 c. chopped pecans 1/2 lb. semisweet chocolate squares. 1 block paraffin 1 stick butter 1 tsp. vanilla Combine first 4 ingredients in mixing bowl and beat until creamy. Blend in pecans. Roll into balls the size of walnuts, using additional confectioner's sugar on hands. Melt chocolate and paraffin in top of double boiler over low heat. Dip balls in chocolate mixture with toothpicks. Drop onto waxed paper. |
