CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
Temperature: 350 degrees. Time: 30 minutes.

2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli, chopped
2 c. cooked chicken, sliced (three breasts)
2 c. condensed cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sharp cheese, shredded
1 tsp. curry powder (optional)
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. lemon juice

Cook broccoli until just tender and arrange in bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch dish. Place cooked chicken over broccoli. Combine soup, lemon juice, mayonnaise and curry powder. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle cheese over top. Combine bread crumbs and butter. Place over casserole and bake. Serves 6-8.
