BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. round steak cut in 1x2" pieces
1/2 c. sliced onion
1 can Golden mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can water

Brown steak. Remove. Add soup, sour cream and water. Blend thoroughly. Cook over low heat for 1 hour. Stir occasionally. Serve over cooked noodles.
