SNICKER CAKE | |
1 German chocolate cake mix 1 pkg. caramels, any size 1 stick butter 1/3 c. milk 6 oz. chocolate chips 1 c. chopped nuts; optional Prepare cake as directed on box. Pour half of the batter into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Melt caramels, butter, and milk together. Slowly pour over baked mixture. Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts over caramel mixture. Pour remaining cake mix over chips and nuts. Bake 20 minutes at 250 degrees and then 10 minutes at 350 degrees. |
