3/4 stick butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. self-rising flour
3/4 c. milk

Melt the butter in 9-inch pie pan. Make a batter of the sugar, flour and milk and pour over the butter in the pie pan. Drain a cup of fruit (apples, pineapple, blueberries or peaches) and pour over the batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Cut in wedges. Can also be used as a dessert. May also add whipped topping.
