BROWN SUGAR COFFEE CAKE 
1 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

TOPPING:

1 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. milk or more if needed

Mix oil and sugar, beaten eggs and vanilla. Add flour to mixture (do not use mixer). Fold in nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes in greased 9 x 13 inch pan or dish. Drizzle topping over cake while hot.

Optional.
