CORN & GREEN CHILES 
2 cans Shoe Peg corn (white)
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
1 tsp. salt
1 c. diced Jack cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs, beaten
2 cans diced green chiles

Combine all. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, uncovered.
