FROSTED GRAPE AND RICE SALAD 
1 c. sour cream
5 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 c. seedless grapes, cut in halves
2 c. cold, cooked rice

Combine sour cream, brown sugar and cinnamon, refrigerate until well blended. Just before serving. fold in grapes and rice. Spoon onto lettuce leaves. Garnish with crab apples, if you wish. Makes 6 servings.
