PEACH SHERBET 
2 c. water
3 c. sugar
4 c. fresh peach pulp (see below)
1 c. orange juice
1 c. lemon juice
2 egg whites
1/4 tsp. salt

Peel and pit peaches. Squeeze through a sieve or strainer. Boil the sugar and water for 5 minutes. Mix all ingredients together and freeze. Makes 1 1/4 quarts.
