TOSTADA GRANDE 
2 ripe avocados, mashed
1 tbsp. lime juice
1 tbsp. thinly sliced green onion
1/4 c. taco sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oil
1 lb. ground beef
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
6 corn tortillas
3 c. shredded lettuce
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped tomato
Sour cream for garnish

Combine avocado, lime juice, onion, 1/4 cup sour cream, taco sauce and salt. Chill. Brown ground beef and drain off fat. Heat refried beans in oil; stir in 1/2 cup shredded cheese and heat until cheese is melted.

On heated tortillas, spread beans, then meat, then lettuce, tomatoes and remaining cheese. Top with avocado dressing and sour cream. Serves 6.
