ONE - STEP LASAGNA 
2 jars (14-15 oz. each) spaghetti meat sauce
1/2 lb. lasagna noodles, uncooked
1 (16 oz.) container cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) container plain yogurt
1 (8 oz.) pkg. mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. water

Combine cottage cheese and yogurt; set aside. Spread about 1 cup spaghetti sauce in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Layer 1/3 each of noodles, cottage cheese mixture, mozzarella, remaining spaghetti sauce and Parmesan; repeat twice. Pour in water around side of pan just before baking.

Cover tightly with foil and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Remove foil and bake 15 minutes longer or until noodles are tender. Let stand 20 minutes before serving. Makes about 12 servings.

Note: Can add 1/2 pound extra hamburger with sauce or buy plain sauce and use 1 pound total hamburger, browned.
