BARBECUED SPARERIBS 
2 lbs. spareribs (short bone if possible)

BARBECUE SAUCE:

2 cloves of garlic, crushed & mixed
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. sherry
3 tbsp. Hoisin Sauce
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. chicken broth
1 tbsp. oil (peanut)

Optional.

Trim ribs. Pour sauce over ribs and marinate ribs for 3 hours. Turn ribs every hour. Place ribs on foil covered rack and roast for 45 minutes in 400 degree oven. Serve immediately. Serves 3 to 4.
