BANANA NUT CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. bananas
4 tbsp. sour milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Sift flour and soda together, set aside. Cream butter, sugar and eggs, add vanilla. Add flour and sugar mixtures, alternately with milk. Beat until well blended. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Frost cake with Caramel Frosting recipe.
