1 graham cracker crust
8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. whipped topping
1 can cherry pie filling

Beat cream cheese until smooth, gradually beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into crust. Chill until set, at least 4 hours. Top with pie filling or garnish of your choice.
