CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS 
I like the wing tips - others cut them and discard. You decide!

3 lbs. chicken wings, cut at joints
garlic salt

Place chicken wings in a foil lined pan and sprinkle evenly with garlic salt. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes. Turn over and sprinkle evenly again with garlic salt and bake for an additional 20 minutes.

Sauce:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. vinegar

Boil together for one minute. Pour sauce over cooked chicken wings and continue to bake until well browned, turning and basting frequently, about 10 to 20 minutes.
