PORK WITH MUSHROOM SAUCE 
6 to 8 pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. rice (white long grain)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place pork in medium casserole dish. Pour cream of mushroom sauce over pork. Bake covered for 50 minutes to an hour or until pork is no longer pink. While pork is baking prepare rice according to package directions.

Serve pork with rice, corn or peas.

4 to 8 servings.
