CHICKEN AND BEAN SALAD 
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
1 c. cooked chicken, diced
1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 celery stalk, diced
1 1/2 tbsp. mustard
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. plain yogurt

1. Place beans, chicken, cheese and celery in a large bowl. Mix well.

2. In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Mix well.

3. Add mayonnaise mixture to chicken mixture. Mix well.

4. Chill before serving. Serves 4.
