CHILI 
1 lb. hamburger
2 med. onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 qt. canned or frozen tomatoes, don't drain
1 tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. whole cumin
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. whole anise
Sprinkle of oregano
7 drops Angostora Bitters
1/4 c. white wine (Chablis)

In large frying pan, cook meat, onions and garlic until red is gone from meat and onions are translucent. Add all remaining ingredients except wine.
