FROSTY MINT SQUARES 
3 c. quick or old-fashioned oats, uncooked
1 c. butter, softened
2/3 c. brown sugar
2 env. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1/3 c. creme de menthe
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
1 lg. carton Cool Whip

Toast oats in shallow pan at 350 degrees about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Combine oats, butter, and brown sugar and press into bottom of 9 x 13 pan to form crust. Chill.

Soften gelatin in cold water. Stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved. In large mixing bowl, gradually add creme de menthe to marshmallow creme, mixing until well blended. Blend in gelatin and fold in Cool Whip. Spoon onto prepared crust and chill. This may be frozen.
