FROZEN CHOCOLATE MINT SQUARES | |
1 1/2 c. crushed chocolate wafers 6 tsp. butter 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream 1/2 tsp. mint extract Few drops green food coloring 3/4 c. miniature semisweet chocolate pieces 2 c. whip cream Combine wafers and butter, press in bottom of 8 x 8 pan. Beat marshmallow creme, mint extract, and green food coloring until smooth. Fold in 1/2 cup chocolate pieces. In different bowl, whip creme until soft peaks form, fold in marshmallow creme mixture. Spread over crust. Sprinkle remaining chocolate pieces. Freeze 6 hours. |
