CHOCOLATE SNAP PIE 
3 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 sm. box chocolate snap cookies
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. pecans
1/2 pt. whipping cream or Cool Whip

Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar gradually and then vanilla. Crumble cookies into egg whites. Pour into greased pie plate and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Allow to cool thoroughly and cover with whipped cream. Refrigerate.

Since Nabisco no longer makes chocolate snap cookies, is there a cookie that I could substitute. Should I measure 2 1/2 ounces of cookies since that was the small box size?
