NUT MEAT BALLS 
2 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 c. ground pecans or walnuts
1 med. onion
1/2 sm. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
3 eggs, beaten

Combine above ingredients and shape into meat balls. Drop into boiling spaghetti sauce and simmer 20 minutes. Pour over your favorite pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Don't tell your family they are not eating meat! Enjoy! Serves 4-6.
