ITALIAN LOVE CAKE 
1 marble cake mix
3/4 c. sugar
2 lbs. ricotta cheese
2 tsp. vanilla
3 lg. eggs

TOPPING:

1 box chocolate pudding, instant
1 c. milk
8 oz. container Cool Whip

Mix marble cake according to package. Grease and flour a 9"x13" pan.

Mix 3/4 cup sugar and 2 pounds ricotta cheese; mix with vanilla and eggs; beat until smooth. Pour over cake batter. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Let cool.

TOPPING: Blend together pudding and milk as on package. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread on cool cake. Keep refrigerated.
