BLUEBERRY PARFAIT 
1 c. whipping cream
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
1 c. sour cream
1 # 2 can blueberry pie filling

Whip cream with sugar, vanilla and salt. Fold in sour cream. Alternate layers of filling and whipped cream mixture in parfait or sherbet glasses, beginning with colored layer and ending with white. Top each with a blueberry. Chill until serving time. Serves 8 to 10.
