PILAF 
1 can Swanson chicken broth
1 c. M.J.B. white rice
1/4 c. butter
Break curly vermicelli or fideo in half

Melt butter in 2 quart saucepan and crumble vermicelli into butter and brown. Pour rice into mixture and stir. Pour chicken broth into mixture. Put lid on pan, turn heat on low and simmer for 18-20 minutes or until liquid is all gone. Serve immediately.
