MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger meat
Chopped onion
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can ranch style beans
1 pkg. frozen corn tortillas
1 can celery soup
Grated cheese, approx. 1 c.

Brown meat; drain. Add beans and onion. Grease casserole dish and line with soft tortillas. Add layer of beans and meat mixture over layer of tortillas alternately until all is added. Then mix together Rotel tomatoes and celery soup. Pour over top and add grated cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
