BREAKFAST SAUSAGE CASSEROLE | |
6 eggs 2 c. milk 6 slices cubed white bread (can also use French or sour dough bread) 1 tsp. mustard 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1 tsp. salt 1 lb. sausage (can use hot sausage or chopped ham) Brown sausage and drain. Mix other ingredients and add sausage. Put in 8 x 10 inch greased pan and refrigerate. The next day bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes and 300 degrees for an additional 10 minutes. Can also add jalapeno peppers and use as hors d'oeuvres. Or take 1 can of cream of mushroom soup with 1/2 can milk and mix; pour over for something different. |
