1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 c. buttermilk
9 oz. Cool Whip
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
14 crushed chocolate stripe cookies

Mix pudding and buttermilk. Add Cool Whip. Then add other ingredients. Chill.
