MIXED VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 lg. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. grated Velveeta cheese
1 c. salad dressing
1 c. chopped celery
1 med. onion, chopped
1 stick butter
1 tube Ritz cracker crumbs

Cook vegetable (frozen) as directed on package using a bouillon cube. Drain and put in large casserole dish. Mix onion, celery, salad dressing and cheese together and spread over vegetables.

Melt butter and mix with cracker crumbs and sprinkle over top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
