VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. mixed frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower & carrots)
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 stick butter
1 tube Ritz crackers

Steam vegetables until almost tender. Place in a buttered casserole dish. Slice Velveeta cheese and place on top of vegetables. Melt 1 stick of butter and mix with crumbled Ritz crackers, sprinkle over cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
