BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 lb. pork sausage
1 pkg. refrigerator crescent rolls
1 c. frozen loose hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
5 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper

Cook sausage. Drain and crumble separate crescent rolls into 8 triangles. Place on ungreased 12 inch pizza pan with points to the center. Press over bottom and upsides to form crust. Seal perforations.

Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes. Top with cheddar cheese. In a bowl combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Mix well. Pour on crust. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
